'Salman Khan got bail because he is a Muslim'
Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader Sadhvi
Prachi has apparently alleged that actor Salman Khan got bail in the 2002
hit-and-run-case because he is a Muslim,.
The report quoted Prachi saying that had Salman Khan not been a Muslim, justice would have been granted to poor victims. Reportedly, she has also demanded release of Sadhvi Pragya, who is in jail for her involvement in the Malegaon blasts.

Salman Khan's lawyer picks holes in case
Two days after his conviction by a
sessions court, Salman Khan was granted bail by the Bombay high court in the
hit-and-run case. Here is what Salman's lawyer Amit Desai said in the high
court to highlight many loopholes in the case.'4 persons, not 3, in the land cruiser'
Desai: There were four persons in the car, not three as claimed. Patil said three, we said four. The fact there were four was known to prosecution from 2002; the fourth was driver Ashok Singh. The others were Salman Khan, singer friend Kamaal Khan and Patil. The fourth was not brought out of thin air. Prosecution chose not to examine the fourth person.
Judge: Out of three persons one was not examined. Why? The one not examined is Kamaal Khan.
